I've been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and had a very positive experience before my previous OB retired. Unfortunately, things have changed significantly since he left. Communication is extremely difficult. Phone calls are never answered, voicemails are not returned, and MyChart messages often go unanswered for weeks. At one point I sent six messages over the course of a month before finally giving up and asking my PCP to order the ultrasound I needed. The most concerning experience happened this week when I attempted to attend my annual appointment, which was finally scheduled a month and a half after my initial request. I have a been a patient of this facility for about 4 years now. In that time frame of me being there I have been displaced twice. The first physician Boyle left then they shifted me to another physician when I had already built a rapport with Boyle. Then they put me with Odom and she was amazing as well THEN she left their practice and I guess I failed to contact the office in time to tell them I still want to remain a patient in their facility so they removed me as a patient entirely. I asked for a new patient appointment and right now they aren’t accepting new patients nor is the waitlist available because that’s on hold as well. They had 5 physicians all leave around the same time. All that tells me is the facility does not treat their providers correctly because why else would they le

The phone hold Time is 45 minutes, that brings you to a call center. I feel the doctors were dismissive to patients and never had enough time to talk about issues. As we speak I am trying to get through to the emergency doctor on call and the line just goes dead. I am switching my doctors as soon as I have my baby . Imagined someone calling you from your doctors office and you can’t get in touch with them to see why they called you. Numerous appointments for ultrasounds scheduled incorrectly. Please choose another place.

I’ve been coming here since I got pregnant with my first pregnancy in 2015. And still here 2021 for my third pregnancy! I love them!! They’re all the sweetest 😊🙌🏽 I highly recommend them. They answer there phone call, and emails! I love using MyChart to communicate with doctors when I’m shy to talk on the phone 📞 so that’s definitely a plus ✅ check them out.

Was on the phone for so long, I was stuck in really bad traffic since there was a car accident. I came in 10mins late due to that but I was calling them to let them know! However, nobody answered I was on the phone for a really long time! When I arrived the two receptionist ladies were sitting down on the computer doing nothing to me. When I arrived she asked the doctor to see if she could take me still and the doctor refused so I had to reschedule. Unbelievable I would understand if I was late on purpose but seems like they didn’t care.
