This place has become terrible, and the employees are breaking the law frequently.I went to see Dr. Fayza several times because I was suffering from allergies.A month ago I developed a severe allergy with a cough.I scheduled an appointment through the patient portal.They called me and asked me to make Dr. Faiza my family doctor. I told them that I already have a family doctor.They spoke to me in a threatening tone, saying that my insurance would be canceled because I have to have check-ups every three months and make Dr. Faiza my family doctor.Because I refused, they canceled my appointment, even though my situation was an emergency Now, when I request a refill of my medication, even though I have been a patient of Dr. Khan for 5 years, they refuse, claiming that I postponed my appointment

Front desk ladies have been very friendly which I do appreciate as a very anxious and socially awkward person. However I can only give 1 star so far as since I've been prescribed meds I have to request a refill and have them actually refilled on time. Currently I've been out of my meds for 3 days after requesting a refill a week and a half ago. Tried through the portal, tried calling the office, and tried having Walgreens request my refill. Still nothing. Very frustrating!!

Doctor wouldn't refill prescription and basically told me get medical marijuana or kick rocks. No problem prescribing ADD meds though. I found a doctor the who filled my refill the next day, obviously, because from my medical history, you can see that my medication use is responsible. Made me feel like a drug addict for seeking a low dose of something that helps me function in society so I'm not stuck at home with anxiety. Don't waste your time. Doctor should retire.

The staffs are very rude especially Theresa and Maryland,the doctors are very unprofessional dr Alfredo,they go out of HIPPA discussing a patient medical information at the front desk when another patient is at the waiting room. No manners I don't recommend WNY to anyone they fraudulent behavior they going to take your money when you making an appointment and after send you to the lab using your own insurance to get a lab work done so your insurance can pay after you already paid them to get a lab work done ,for uscis medical exam which was supposed to be done by the Civil surgeon, the Civil surgeon going to send you to get it done by your primary care doctor and bring the results to them after collecting your money and your insurance paid all the bills.

I love this place, but I do not like the new hours. 8 AM to 12 PM on Mondays is pretty inconvenient. As of 4/4/2025 Your front desk people are not answering their phones. I have called 9 times between yesterday afternoon and this morning. Someone has been letting it ring until voicemail each time, someone answered once, put me on hold and hung up on me! I'm sick and need to see my doctor. I'm getting very close to bringing myself and my insurance to another practice! This did not happen until new staff members started working the front. Really disappointing I have to get myself dressed with a fever and go into the office to get an appointment.
