WNC Audiology

This begins my third year with hearing aids. I've had sessions with all three Audiologists and each has been as good as the last. This visit was the best yet probably because I now have the knowledge and confidence to ask the right questions and give the information needed to get the adjustments I need and want or to understand the answers that I get. I have never found it difficult to get used to wearing hearing aid. After a day or so of first getting them, I have forgotten they were there. Shortly after getting them, I even went swimming with them in place! This is not recommended. Luckily, I wear ear plugs when swimming so the hearing aids made it through the experience safely and better yet, they were insured against such mistakes but I didn't have any damage. I was thrilled to find the services of WNC Audiology for a long overdue hearing test and hearing aid update. We were greeted warmly and I observed several clients being served in an efficient and courteous manner while waiting for my appointment time. These things are important to me. Dr. Angelina spent time with me and my partner to address my questions and concerns, made what I feel is a solid recommendation and facilitated the purchase of my hearing aid efficiently, without further follow up needed from me. It was my initial visit, but I look forward to continued treatment and service.

I had a fantastic visit at WNC Audiology. Not only is the environment calm and comforting, the team is really nice and patient. I went in to get a baseline hearing test after an illness that affected my hearing and was really nervous about my results. They were so informative, nice, and the tests were fast and easy.
