Witham Health Services: Emergency Room Anson

I took my father to the Witham ER because he was feeling his heart racing. They were AMAZING! No wait time. They performed 5 or 6 diagnostic tests ranging from blood work to ct scan in less than an hour!!! He was well treated and quickly diagnosed. Thank you for caring for him. I love you all.

I came here for a first-time allergic reaction, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As a woman of color, I often feel nervous going places in Whitestown, but from the moment I arrived I was treated with so much care and compassion. The receptionist, two nurses, and the doctor CONSISTENTLY checked on me and made sure I was okay. They were fast, kind, attentive, and genuinely wonderful. I’m very grateful for the way I was treated and felt safe and respected the entire time. I don’t write reviews but I genuinely think about them all the time, you don’t see that nowadays.

For my husband’s visit. Took us back to a room really quick, everyone very friendly. Seemed genuinely concerned. They ran several test, did get some results back, but several tests ran didn’t have results before discharged. So we were able to get results through portal. A really good experience. Dr. McBride and nurse very nice. Thank you

I had a positive experience at Witham ER Anson. Everyone was kind and friendly, from check-in to discharge. The nurse and physician listened to all of my concerns and acknowledged each one . I would recommend the Anson location to others with confidence and, should I need to return to the ER in the future I would trust the plan of care at the Anson location.

From the moment I walked in the door the Witham at Anson ER was a superior experience. I was seen immediately. Every single person was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. This experience was a stark contrast to crowded ERs with long wait times and harried, overworked staff. Unless it's a life or death situation where seconds count, I will go a little farther into Boone County to go to the Witham at Anson emergency room.
