Great customer service! Dr. Wise-Mcpherson is very friendly and attentive. She made the experience totally comfortable. Answered all the questions and I never felt rushed or pushed into spending more than I needed.

Dr. Wise-McPherson has, and has continued to provide me with excellent service with timely accessibility. She provided me with clear, detailed explanations with regard to hearing difficulties and the effectiveness of her products. Her participation with me, in it's thoroughness and responsiveness , has left me feeling cared for (...whereas the participation of Google technology appears to provide me 4.7 stars rather than the 5 stars in intend for this review).

my review is old, I saw Diana years ago when she was on BELL, at least i swear thats where i saw her at! Im a 30F and was very intimidated to go and get my hearing tested. Diana was so wonderful and sweet! I ended up having another issue that wasn't really hearing loss, and she did a great job explaining it to me and making sure I understood that hearing aids wouldn't really help. She is honest and got the feeling she really does care about her patients. my parents are having issues with their hearing and I'm certainly sending them Diana's way!!

I loved everyone up there, they were so nice, especially the lady who does everything, they got my device quick and I've been so happy with them ever since.
