Wise Drugs

I have been a client of this pharmacy for the past 20 years and they had 3 different owners and they always kept Sandra who always went above and beyond for excellent customer service regardless of the weirdness going on there. Now that she isn't there I have 0 reasons to pick my mother's prescriptions sent there. This is such a pity.

The worst pharmacy you can go to. The lady there is rude, talks over you, and provides poor customer service. First time I dealt with them she called me asking for me, when I asked who it was she kept on telling me I can't tell you that. Like seriously? You called me. You could have just said I'm from wise Drugs. She kept on telling me she couldn't tell me who she was. I had to hang up and search the number to see who it was. When I called back she tried justifying her behavior saying that she didn't need to tell me who she was and I had to answer her questions. Whatever. I let it go the first time because I really needed my prescription. Second time is today, I had recently changed my insurance and didn't know that Wise didn't accept my insurance. She told me to go to a different pharmacy

The only reason I gave them a five star is for Sandra because she is always so helpful and polite she is the only one who calls me when my RX is ready she is the only one I’ve ever see there and I am a long time client I mean years. I hope she doesn’t leave

Very terrible customer service. I used get medication for my parents from this pharmacy. There are many times they didn’t give my parents medication refill on time. Even once I complain about the matter. Later the owner of this pharmacy call me to apologize for that. The owner is really a good guys but the employees of this pharmacy are not welcoming specially the Spanish lady. She doesn’t know how to greet her customers. Feel sorry for the owner. Because of them he losing his customers. Nobody go to pharmacy for get fun. All we want our medication on time when it get due and little bit of welcoming face.
