I made an appointment because I had broken a tooth that was causing extreme pain. Even as an emergency I had to wait 4 days to get in. Then on the day of my appointment I had to wait two hours past my appointment time.they were completely frazzled and rushed by the time I was in the office. I believe this is why the work I had done only lasted 2 weeks. work that cost over $700 I might add.I ended up getting an infection in the cavity I had filled because it broke. when I called for this they refused to see me for another 4 days. long story short I ended up in the ER with an encapsulated infection and had to have IV antibiotics over two days. please please please use a different dentist don't go here!!!!

In December I had a root canal and a permanent crown put on. Today is March 23rd. Since the being of December i have had a dull ache, some twinging, and slight discomfort in the same location. I have never had a root canal or a crown before and assumed I was still either not used to it, or my gums were still not fully healed. This week i awoke to serious tooth pain so bad touching it with my tongue hurt. I called a local dentist who could get me in the same day. When my crown was put in SO MUCH CEMENT was used it seeped out and a HUGE ball in-beaded into my gums enough it was holding my teeth apart. My gums has grown around the cement, and i had one of the worst infections this dentist has ever seen. He was able to chisel it out. After a week of pain killers, and antibiotics the swelling

This was the worst experience in my life. It took the Dentist from March until September to do 2 root canals which had to be extracted because they were no good. I continuously had an infection and was not treated correctly for this. In the end I was dismissed from this practice, because I told Sherri to tell Catherine that she was very unprofessional. I was sternly told in front of others that I would need to have some teeth extracted, which I knew from Dr. Bosongs office. She was very loud and mean. This could be heard by other patients and it was so humiliating. She also never examined my mouth after me seeing the surgeon. She also walked away and would not answer my questions. I have brought my son here for about 5 years. We wait well past our appoinment EVERY TIME. My son is from the waiting room chair to have his teeth cleaned and back in about 15 mins. Because i have mainecare they ONLY scrape his gum line NOT the whole tooth. He has a cavity that needs to be fixed and i was told dec 6 i cant make an appointment because the dentist was out and no one was sure when they would be back. Im still waiting in my call so my 1pyr old can get his cavity fixed. Time to call another dentist! Unless you are paying do not go here they do the least amount of work.

Came in to see about getting a problem wisdom tooth checked. They had a cancelation for half an hour later and slid me right in. I was in a chair wating for the dentist before i had even finished my paperwork! Very friendly Doctor and Staff. I might actaully look forward to my next appointment!
