Wiregrass Community Pharmacy

I have used this pharmacy for years simply because it is a local business. Because of my insurance, my prescriptions cost the same whatever pharmacy I use and so I chose to use a local business. Their customer service has fallen to the point that I will no longer use them.

Will be filling all our family’s prescriptions here from now on. Great customer service and kind, friendly employees. They spent 30 mins waiting on hold with CVS to get my 14 year old’s flu script transferred over so they could fill it (CVS was completely out). Then also helped me save money on that prescription. I called them at 5:30, they close at 6, and they stayed late to help get his script and fill it. Truly appreciate this beyond words!

I have never been in the shop nor do I even live in the city or state. My son and I were headed home from the beach and our GPS just happened to bring us on a route where it passed by this pharmacy. I was sitting waiting for the red light turn green. I look over, because we were actually looking for places to eat and this lady with short dark hair was using a regular eating spoon and she dipped the icecream with her spoon out of the icecream tub, not once but twice. There were no customers in the store. The large glass front allows you to see in the entire store.

Good place to get your prescription filled the service is great and the employees are nice and caring

This place Is a joke. Coming from a different state and trying to switch pharmacy. Never again! Poor customer service!! Don't waste your time. Just horrible.
