Winter Park Pharmacy

Not super friendly. It is a Spanish business, they sell lottery tickets, there is a bakery, meat market and restro inside. No one speaks or understands English. Not very clean, compared to say Publix. Convenient to the Laundromat located in the same stripmall.

I call in refill 1 to 2 days ahead then go to pick it up and still have to wait 1hour it wasn't like this when I started going there 4years ago but this year it's terrible customer service and these people don't care they walk around the store looking like the walking dead in the beginning I go in and my meds are already ready for pickup now these new people are giving off bad customer service I go there because they are close to my house I can walk but I'm looking into going to Walmart

“DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PHARMACY” Most terrible customer service , very rude pharmacist , shorted my medication gave me 30 instead of the prescribed 60 count . This pharmacy was a horrible mistake , went here after CVS gave me a hard time about my Prescriptions because of Stimulants and benzodiazepine hazards , they filled the prescription but shorted me 🤦‍♂️

The service here is ridiculous. Told them multiple times to charge my insurance. He said they weren't in network, when I called my insurance they said they are covered. When my insurance called the pharmacy representative was very rude and would not help us. He said he charged the insurance, there was no claim attempted.

Shelly and her staff are absolutely awesome!! I've had the pleasure of doing business with them for a year or two now and would never consider changing. You will never get this kind of service from the box stores! Even if i forget to renew my scripts in time for them to be mailed out, i will gladly make that 40 minute drive to pick them up even though i have other pharmacies just minutes away from my home. Thank you Shelly and staff for all that you do!!!
