My family and I have had care all over the world as a result of our work. This practice along with the providers and staff are phenomenal - extraordinarily helpful and a true standout among family practices. My wife and I saw Basant and she is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, a great listener and kind. Based on our great experience with her as well as the rest of the staff we will be bringing the rest of the family to the practice. Highly recommended - if you are new to the area or just in search of a new family practice give Esmeralda a call - she’s incredibly helpful and will get you integrated. Dr. Amawi is so so great, but I truly believe that that this office’s “nurse line” is a myth. No one ever answers and at any time of day that I’ve tried to call to ask questions and get updates. Seems like the only way to get anything done by way of forms, docs, or prescriptions, etc. is to go in person and demand some assistance. It’s very frustrating.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Schamberger for decades. I appreciate his willingness to listen and accurately diagnose problems. Kathy, executive manager, is excellent. She’s never too busy to help.

Excellent medical care. Kind and helpful staff. Professional but personable interactions. One of the few small practices without all the corporate baggage in our area.

This practice is absolutely horrible. Do NOT choose this practice. I've called and called and called this place over 10 times, trying to become a new patient for bio-identical HRT and they will not return a phone call. The nurse doesn't return calls, the facility receptionist doesn't return calls, and the office manager, Angel, doesn't return calls either. What an unprofessional bunch of people running this practice. They obviously do not care about acquiring new patients, nor how they are perceived by those same potential patients. I took time out of my day to write this review so that others won't waste their valuable and precious time on this joke of a practice. You've been warned!!
