The workers at the office are so nice! The office itself is nice and clean. They explain everything to you in detail to make sure you fully understand what they are doing. They all very understanding and nice I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Today I worked with Nautica, Ashley and Dr. Osseiran. Definitely recommend coming here, they made me feel really comfortable!

I had a great cleaning appointment! Jesse was my hygienist! He did such a great job! He was so kind and informative! Dr.Boswell was the dentist I saw and he was so kind as well! I was nervous before hand coming to this appointment but everyone made me feel comfortable! The two ladies (Ashley) at the front desk were so kind and professional! All around a great office!

I had a dental emergency and was only able to book one appointment, but the entire team was amazing. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, Ashley and Endy were so sweet and took great care of me. Then I was assisted by Iraymis, who was incredibly kind and treated me like a family member. I met Dr. Boswell, who was very gentle and compassionate. He took the time to look for the best options to help me with my situation. I also spoke with Nick, the Operations Manager, who helped me find flexible payment options. After that, I went back with Náutica, a lovely dental assistant who made sure I was feeling comfortable and that my crown fit perfectly. I am new to the area and found this office through my insurance. I confirmed they are participating and made my appointment. I made it very clear I had no issues and just wanted a cleaning. Apparently the first appointment is an "intake" appointment. A meet and greet with the DMD, x-rays and a "saliva test". After this you go in a room with hygienist and they poke your gums and get "depth readings". This indicates that you have bone loss. After this the DMD meets with you again and tells you how bad the results are and how you need these special cleanings every 3 months. The saliva test was "in the red", the worst readings. She held the paper in front of me with the results and went over all of the horrible medical issues (heart disease, pancreatic cancer) that could be caused by ignoring

Found my new dentist! So happy with the service I was provided. I had a horrible experience trying out a new dentist after moving and having been established with the same dentist for 7 years for me and my family. The staff here was very clear, patient, took the time to listen and explain making me feel at ease. The way the staff work together collectively to give you the best care is commendable and something you don't see these days. Plus they have very modern technology and specialist in office that work together making the process easier when you have to be referred to another provider. Ashley at front desk had great customer service and was very accommodating! Jesse explained everything, got me taken care of and out the door quickly! And Dr. Osseiran is just simply amazing!
