Winston Manor

Hi everyone, I arrived at Winston Manor last Friday and right from the start, I was greeted with kindness. Chiquita welcomed me with such warmth, gave me a tour, and showed me to my room. As I settled in, I noticed the curtain divider (since the rooms are shared) could use a little TLC — I mentioned it to Chiquita, and by Monday afternoon, Jonathan from maintenance had already replaced it with a brand new one. That really impressed me! Over the weekend, I also met Denise and Christina — two incredibly helpful and kind ladies. Being around staff who are not only professional but genuinely caring makes all the difference. “12/8 10:00am” I called to speak to HR. The receptionist left me on hold for 17 minutes so then I hung up and called back, and I asked the same question and she went ahead and let me know there is no HR. So I’m not understanding why I was on hold for 17 minutes. And then upon calling me back, she had an attitude and was not apologetic about leaving me on hold for 17 minutes. Not sure what she was doing.

It was extremely pleasant to finally speak with someone that went above and beyond to assist one of my pts. this person was the receptionist Ms. Marlyn, M. Keep up the exceptional work young lady.

Jonathan the maintenance director went above and beyond told him I didn't have to many clothes he came back to my room with a tote full I really appreciate it

What makes the facility homelike is the caring staff and the management team that listens to your needs. Yes! they make it happen for you and your loved ones. They are not only 5 stars in paper but a rock star for their residents and staff:)
