Winning Smiles - Orchard Park

This was one of the best if not the best dental experience that I've had. Because of Melissa at Orchard park. She was amazing. Made me feel comfortable from the start of the appointment. She educated me throughout the exam about my teeth. Gave me alot of information that I didn't know about. She didnt just make it about teeth we spoke about our families just to make the experience more personable. Thank you Melissa for the passion you show in your job. Winning Smiles is lucky to have you.

Today was our first visit here after switching dentists. Both my kids had a very pleasant experience. My son was pretty terrified of the dentist after bad experiences at his previous one, but they were so kind and helpful here. There was no tears, no aggression, and no issues! I’m truly so grateful we found this dentist and how great they are with our kids. They each got to pick out a prize and got a balloon too, so they were pretty excited!

Came in to get my tooth removed and had Tanya as the dental assistant. She did a great job! Very professional and organized and did everything she could to help me and the dentist doing the removal!

They are awesome here! Super personable. Great with kids. Extremely accommodating! I was there today with 2 of my children being seen and happened to have my 1 year old with me also. I asked the hygienist what’s an age I could have her seen and she tells me “age 1, we can see her right now really quick if you’d like. I’ll get her on the schedule”. I was honestly impressed by how accommodating and helpful they were. Even the baby was okay with the process and did great and it’s definitely just the atmosphere at the office among the staff that makes for a great experience for the kiddos.

This office has zero communication skills. My son had an appointment at 8am that we drove an hour to for his retainers only to have them call at 7:56 as I am pulling in to tell me they weren't ready. 4 minutes before his appointment that I pulled him out of school for. Not the first time they completely did not communicate things to me. Once we have his retainers I will never go to this office again.
