My experience here has been so unfortunate. I came here due to a tooth having sensitivity (ONE) which then of course leads to her recommendation and professional opinion on my other teeth that need work or fillings ( but they were not bothering me ) I let her fill the cavities regardless, the one I was concerned about and the other one she said would be good to get filled as well. Couple days go by I just wasn’t feeling good , couldn’t eat on it very sensitive, naturally I gave it time just bc it’s common to have sensitivity and pain when done first week or so I figured it was too soon to call and ask, i gave it 3 - 3 1/2 weeks so I called and was told “it was very deep close to the nerve “ and then was told to come in. I am still on my smile journey with Dr. Kloutse and her team. I went in for a consultation at first. I was so embarrassed by the state of my teeth. Dr. Kloutse and her team didn't make me feel ashamed of embarrassed. We came up with a treatment plan and moved forward. She was honest, and went above and beyond to work with my insurance to get something covered that wasn't. I didn't win that fight, but Dr. Kloutse supported me through that. I paid a very reasonable price for the work I had done that wasn't covered by insurance. The day of the procedure, Dr. Kloutse answered all of my questions, gave me extra time when needed and ensured I was comfortable during the process. Update: I pulled my children from this office after our first visit. My daughter was complaining about sensitivity on her front teeth that were filled by the owner at Winning Smile ......... The new dentist informed me that the fillings were done poorly leaving a gap for food and water to enter causing the pain/sensitivity. Now I have to have them fix it and my insurance will not cover it again so I am out over $200. What a horrible practice. This place seems very low quality. I only visited the waiting room while my kids were being seen but we will not be going back based off the waiting room alone. If this is how they treat the waiting area I can only imagine how little they clean the back. Yes that is blood on the sink cabinet doors. The carpet is falling apart. The flooring is disgust

Dr. Kloutse is a wonderful dentist. She has such a welcoming and calm way about her that you are not nervous about your appointment. She listens to all your concerns and helps with them. She was helpful and not judgmental that i have not been to the dentist in years. She did a wonderful job with my crown. Her staff is always so helpful and professional. They explained my dental insurance in an easy to understand way. I recommend her dental practice to everyone and my entire family goes to her practice.

Opens at 9 but I've been waiting inside the area for over 40 minutes, doors still locked. It is upsetting because I made this appointment way ahead in advance and they lied about opening up
