Winn Pharmacy

This pharmacy is awesome! I will admit that when I called, there were multiple language options available and I worried about whether there would be any linguistic barriers since I only speak English. But it turns out that I was completely wrong and they speak perfect, native-level English. Now I feel bad for having questioned them but I share here in case anyone else is quietly wondering the same thing. The pharmacist is a lovely woman who knows her stuff and definitely speaks English, so head on in! You'll be glad you did :)

Theres an amoxicillin shortage right now. One daughter has strep the other has an ear infection. CVS said there wasn't any within 20 miles but also wasn’t helpful. I called here and spoke to a pharmacist (?) quickly. She explained what she had and told me to write it down and call pedi back. Unfortunately pedi has already sent in a different prescription to CVS. Next time I will definitely be using Winn. Thank you for your kindness to a panicked mother/stranger.

My new insurance let's just say, screwed me. But thankfully I found this pharmacy. I am so thankful for this woman. She did so much to help me transfer prescriptions and answered every question I had and I couldn't be more grateful. I'd rather go here than to any walgreens or cvs ever again. She's amazing, kind and intelligent and I cannot thank her enough. ❤️

My insurance is a complete headache. I went to Walgreens for a flu shot - they told me my insurance didn't cover it. I vented about it online, and was pointed to Winn Pharmacy. I went to Winn Pharmacy the next day, and ran into the same issue - my insurance didn't cover the flu shot. But QQ went the extra mile for me. She called my insurance company to find someplace close by that would take my insurance. She wrote down three other places in the area to try. While the flu shot didn't happen, I did get a Covid shot (which was covered), and that went down without issue. This place was easy to miss, on the corner of Andover and High Street, but it was super clean inside, with a convenience store sharing the same space. Absolutely love this pharmacy! Q is personable, friendly, and helpful. She’s attentive and is always there to answer questions or offer help. Lovely family business.
