Had a dental appointment today and still at my big age, dread going. However, the staff at Windy Hill Dentistry made me feel comfortable, regardless, during my visit. The front office staff greets you with such enthusiasm and support. My hygienist today Nicolette was amazing 👏🏽. She was friendly, so personable and oh so knowledgeable on the services I received. She made certain I was thoroughly informed on why a root canal was suggested and eventually the need. She not only told me why, she showed me as well. Yes this is a part of her job but never in all my years going to the dentist has staff been so thorough with explaining dental procedures needed. I’ve been a patient at Windy Hill Dentistry for about 4 years now. They have always taken excellent care of me. The dental hygienists are all fantastic and I’ve seen both of the younger dentists who have been very helpful, sometimes can be a little rushed but they are more than willing to answer your questions. The front office is also always friendly, organized and responsive. I love that you can also text them and not just call. So glad to have this office in my neighborhood!

I really wanted to love this practice because of all of the reviews but now I realize they ask patients on the spot to leave google reviews. I’ll start with the positive. The doctors and hygienist are friendly and answer questions thoroughly. That’s the only positive experience I’ve had with this office which is why I’ve had 3 appointments there. First, when I called and explained I was interested in changing dentist offices and move to their practice I told them I had just had x-rays done along with a CT scan within the last month. They said great send them over for your first appt. I did and when I get to my first appt they said it is their policy I have x-rays done there no matter how recent my x-rays were along with CT (which is way more detailed) so i said oh.. ok. Windy Hill Dentistry is the best dentist I have ever visited for any reason. Dr. Daniel Galvez is great. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the great care I have received over the years.

As always...Dr Galvez was awesome. He's the best dentist I've ever had. I needed alot of work done n he guided me through the whole process. I trust him completely....I highly. Recommend him .....he's the BEST!!!
