I had the best experience here with Hanadi. My skin has never felt this clean, smooth, and refreshed. She is so gentle but still gets everything out, and she really takes her time to make sure your skin is glowing. The atmosphere is relaxing and super professional. You can tell she truly cares about her clients’ skin. 10/10 recommend!

I had an incredible hot stone massage with Agnes at the Hyatt Lodge spa this past Saturday. From the moment the session began, she was professional, kind, and welcoming. Her technique was excellent and the hot stone treatment was deeply relaxing from head to toe. Agnes created such a calming and restorative experience, and I left feeling completely refreshed. I will definitely be returning and will be requesting Agnes specifically. Highly recommend!

Windy City Spa at the London House was such a pleasant surprise. I can’t expecting to relax and have mediocre services, but everything was excellent! Zana (massage therapist), Erika (nail technician), and my esthetician were all excellent at their services. They were also kind and made good conversation without talking too much to interrupt the relaxing environment. I highly recommend this oasis on a cold winter day!

I went for a 50 minute massage and left feeling super relaxed!! Trina was amazing, I felt very comfortable letting her know what I needed (sometimes I feel like it throws off the vibe in the room at other places but not here). The oils smelled great and I actually liked that it was a smaller place, it felt more exclusive to have my massage there. Thank you Trina!!
