Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Harlingen

We are so grateful for the wonderful care this nursing home gave our grandma. The staff was kind, attentive, and treated her with dignity and compassion every single day. The facility was always clean and welcoming, and we had complete peace of mind after meeting with their nursing supervisor who took the time to sit with us and go over my grandmas treatment goals. She and her team were very thorough and answered all of our questions. Truly an amazing team — highly recommend.

Horrible place needs to be shut down. Staff is abusive. You get screamed at for turning on your call light. I would have been dead if I'd stayed there. I couldn't breathe so they stuck me on a oxygen machine and told me I had gas. Went to a follow up with my surgeon. And he immediately had me admitted to the hospital. Their diagnosis of gas was actually pulmonary embolism.

Understaffed but the people that work there make up for it. The PT was wonderful, that nurse Margaret is a delight! Bless her loving heart and the CNA Yuliana was one of greatest. Food was delicious compared to these other sister facilities. No one wants to be put in these homes but if we could return to Harlingen I'd definitely put my mom back . Merry Christmas to staff

My husband come into Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation with multiple problems, in a wheelchair, with a trach and a feeding tube. Within a few weeks he is being discharged home. He is now walking with a walker, no longer has the trach and after almost 9 months of depending solely on it his feeding tube was removed today. He is eating a regular diet and steadily gaining strength and weight. I do not have the words to adequately thank this wonderful staff who worked so hard with him. His Speech Therapist, Vanessa, is The Best! She truly does work miracles. His physical and occupational therapists, Julio and Jay, were wonderful and patiently worked with him until he has proudly met his goals.
