Windsor Gardens is a much nicer facility than the places my dad has been before. It is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Carmen Gomez, the Director of Buisness Development, has made his transition to this facility easy. She is very kind to him, attentive to his needs, and even went to visit him in the hospital when he wasn't even at the facility for two weeks. She has also been very kind and helpful with me. She took care of getting him moved into the facility, as well as getting him set up with hospice care. She is always available to talk and answer any questions I have. After having to take care of things for my dad for over a year, such as healthcare and finances, I don't have to worry about it anymore. I can focus on being a daughter instead of a caretaker. My grandpa has been here for about a year now, throughout that year, he has been through roughly 5 amputations. Needless to say, it caused him severe depression. My family & I visit often and while we spend time with my grandfather, we also observe everything from medication , nurses & living conditions. The workers do an excellent job executing their task and going beyond if needed. With that being said, I’ve noticed a significant change in my grandpas mental well-being. Christina & Silvia, from the activities department, are truly wonderful people. They have genuinely encouraged not just my grandpa, but other patients as well, to come out and participate in their well planned daily activities. My grandpa loves to go and socialize instead of being lonely in his room. He mentioned to me th

My experience with Windsor Garden has been mixed. While I recognize the effort of some staff members, communication has been a consistent challenge. When I try to speak with nurses or other staff, I often do not receive clear answers regarding my aunt’s condition. Judith has been the person who has consistently helped me by providing information and assisting me whenever I had concerns about my aunt’s care. Calling the facility has been very difficult—many times no one answers, and when I am finally transferred to another extension, the call goes unanswered. This lack of communication is very concerning, as families depend on timely and clear information about their loved ones’ well-being.

I find Windsor Gardens a very pleasant place to stay. The staff is very friendly and care about their patients. They have gone above and beyond thier job to meet the needs of their patients. I enjoy all the activities there and the outings. A special "Shout Out" to the Activities Dept. (Cristina, Sylvia, and Faith) those three girls have made my stay there a real delight.

Worst facility and management ever. My mom has been staying here for a pretty long time now and they keep giving her this one specific guy cna named "Paul guerrero" which is laziest cna that I have ever seen. He always leaves my mom's diaper soaking wet and no matter how many time I talk to the management about his laziness they are not doing anything at all. He's still there and they still keep giving him my mother's room. It just shows you how scared the management to fire someone their own race. This has been going on for MONTHS now. I'm really close on taking legal actions against this place just to teach them a lesson.
