This RCFE is truly exceptional. The staff and administrator are compassionate, attentive, and treats residents like family. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. My loved one feels safe, respected, and genuinely cared for here. We are so grateful for the peace of mind this place provides. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality senior care.

Windsor is in the heart of Palm Springs! It looks and feels like living at a gracious hotel! Waiters taking your order off an extensive menu, housekeeping and laundry service included. Caregivers to attend to your every need… Plus a swimming pool, hot tub and gorgeous mountain views. Like living at a resort.

Windsor Court is an amazing place with great energy and an amazing staff. My husband‘s grandfather Fred lived here for the last part of his life in the memory care unit, and every time we visited people knew who we were, and absolutely who he was. In the end, they were there for him, and gave us beautiful stories, and inside jokes that they shared with him. Most places that you think of where there is elder care, you might think of it being drab, but this place is full of life and there is always an activity going on. They dress up the corridor‘s and the decor there makes things feel homey and cozy. I definitely recommend this place for your loved ones and make sure you always be kind to the staff. Their job is not easy and they still find a way to do it with love.

I rate the facility *****. It employs the best health care workers and service employees. They are attentive , caring and take that time to know residents on an individual basis. They foremost are focused on the individual's needs and necessities to function as a comfotable resident here. The staff also keep a close watch on the COVID19 safety measures and test regularly. We are kept informed by personal phone call to reach everyone. The rooms are a bit small but very clean with freshly painted units ready for occupancy. Many rooms overlook the pool and spa area. Pet friendly and have area for walking them on lawn or outside. The kitchen grills and bakes, the soups are good and hearty. Breakfast is always wonderful. Lunch and dinner both have choices and an alternate menue is available. I

My dad has been living in the memory care unit for quit a few years now and is very happy. I have nothing but good things to share about his care, the staff and his everyday life. I live in NY and have not been able to get out to see him for 3 1/2 years due to Covid. The staff has been additionally helpful and kind during this period. They truly care about every residents well being.
