First and foremost, I want to thank all the CNAs (especially Oscar, Jeovani, Cristy, Ingris, Telma, Lisette and Cynthia) for their hard work and dedication to all patients. I also want to thank LVN, Rose and Isabella for their kindness and patience with my husband. At first, the reviews and the oldness and decore of the facility scared me, but the care and cleanliness totally compensated for it. I recommend management only accept a limited amount of patients based on the number of employees and/ or hire more CNAs and LVNs because I saw many of them exhausted and had at times 9-12 patients or worked double shifts. If I could give negative stars I would. My dad was sent there from Kaiser. He was in really bad shape, damn near on his death bed, but fought hard to get out of kaiser to go home. His Dr said he needed to go to rehab no later than 2 weeks. He arrived on a Tuesday. Was supposed to be at 11am. They came to get him and take him to Windsor he got there around 4:30pm. They didn't know who he was, no bed was ready for him. They put him in a dirty, smelly, dusty room with 2 other men. Day after day, my dad would call my mom to tell him what happened the night before. Then my mom would call me all panicked. Things like my dad pushed the button, no one came in and he sat in soiled gowns and sheets for hours, they didn't check on him, didn't give him his meds, he can't hear very well so they screame

My Mom was there for rehab. The PT crew I met one day was great, Sarah the Kaiser coordinator great. But whatever transpired while my Mom was being cared for has left her with some major PTSD. I can’t put my finger on what the issue is but I think how they handled her while changing her incontinence underwear. She is traumatized and can’t let what happened go…

The person I care for referred to this care facility through Kaiser on Friday evening and there was no proper care offered for 3 days until after Tuesday! The rehabilitation center is overcrowded and is understaffed! They take in patients even if they know they can't provide proper care! If you want someone to die, get them to this rehab center! If you really want your folks to get care, look elsewhere! The Nursing Staff in-charge was talking back with complete disregard to the ethics of rehabilitation care! I'd give negative stars if that was possible! Beware of the good reviews! You've been warned!

Not thrilled with the care my aunt had here. Even though she is ambulatory they put her in diapers and told her not to walk to the bathroom. She would have to wait forever to use the restroom. Food was cold and unappealing. She lost weight. We got her out as soon as we could. Feel bad for the ladies that have lived there for so long.
