Couldn’t ask for better service in a timely fashion. The staff were both pleasant and explained everything very well. Highly recommended. If you or a loved one have a hard time waiting, I recommend that you come here. I know what that’s like and appreciate the timely service according to my appointment time. Did not have to wait long at all. Thank you

I waited 1 1/2 hours for an ultrasound at the Spindrift Drive facility. That is way beyond the time of person should wait for an appointment. From now on, I’d go to Great Lakes Imaging. I have been there before and never ever had to wait more than 15 minutes. I’ve had the same type scan at Great Lakes and never took more than 20 minutes to a 1/2 hr. At Windsong, it took an hour and 15 minutes!!

My entire experience at the spindrift location was absolutely fantastic. I didnt wait long before being called back. The girls who took care of me were so kind and passionate. They explained every step of the way and kept me talking during the whole biopsy process. My anxiety was crazy and without them , I would not have gotten through that without them! I wish I was able to remember their names, but I My anxiety didnt let me. 😔

Great service, not a long wait time was able to fill my paperwork out online ahead of time. The tech was very friendly and explained what would happen. The room I was in even felt calm as they had the lights dimmed.
