Wimmer Dental

I have been coming to Dr. Wimmer’s office for almost 3 years now. I am honestly not the easiest patient to work with, yet the staff here are the best. They always treat people with great care and respect! It’s very difficult to find a great, honest, cheerful dental office nowadays and I’m grateful I found this spot.

One thing that sometimes gets overlooked is the service provided by people at the front desk. The staff is always great, whether it is needing to schedule and change appointments, a billing issue, or just saying hello. It’s always a very positive experience, which says a lot for being at the dentist.

One star for this visit with Diane only. 4 stars for all others. I book in the morning so odds of running late are less but it was 9:10 when I went to the desk to ask if it would be much longer. Diane was the hygienist and was gruff, clumsy with the tools that banged against my teeth, splashed water all over my face, jabbed my gums, shoved my head when she wanted me to turn and was finished in 25 minutes. I've had some great hygienists here but every time I come it's someone different and today was simply the worst. Diane, as she showed up for my appt, was just mean spirited. She does not match the quality of pleasant, caring, enjoyable work I’ve had with every other person at this office.

Thank you to Dr. Zach who helped me avoid a root canal. I came here to get a 2nd opinion after Dr. Andrea Torok at Black Mountain Family told me I needed a root canal with zero pain. Thank you Dr. Zach for being a trustworthy dentist !

My 6 month check up and cleaning was a very thorough, pleasant experience! Love my clean healthy teeth! Thank you Dr. Wimmer. Carla is the best dental hygienist! 😬
