Staff is very friendly and professional. I have never had any complaints and Yanette Barcelo is very thorough, very happy with her work.

I just called twice and they answered and was lady saying good afternoon I spoke and she pretended not to hear me the two times and just hang up on my. This is AWFUL

Had an appointment at 11 and when I arrived the waiting room was filled to the brim. I just turned around and left. I asked the front desk how long this could take and she said don’t know. They obviously over book. No respect for appointments or the patients schedule. Dr. Could very well be excellent but I will never know because I won’t be returning here.

Worse costumer service in my entire life. Receptionist would either keep me on hold indefinitely or hang up on me for no apparent reason. I finally made an appointment (had to wait three weeks) only to find out on the same day of my appointment that the office was closed for the holidays. No call or nothing. Missed work for no reason. Skin condition got progressively worse during that time. This is literally the first negative review I've ever left. Stay away.

Rude and bad customer service. Walked into the office and walked up to the window and I’m thinking that somebody is immediately gonna open the window and I wait there for like a good five minutes but I see figures inside the office but they wait five minutes after and there’s three of them sitting there and she opens the window five minutes later, like really!
