Wilson's Creek Nursing & Rehab

Very dirty in the room, bathroom had pee & poop all over. They have bad bedside manner & treated my daughter & I very rudely. My daughters dad says they treat him poorly with the exception of a couple employees he likes. I believe it was tineesha yelling at my daughter in front of my granddaughter over something my daughter knew nothing about! Very unprofessional! My daughters dad is never taken care of properly & room smells like pee & they don't bath him unless they know ahead of time that he's getting a visit. He deserves better care than he is getting so hopefully he will get into another place or staff steps it up there.

I just had a care plan meeting with the social worker and nurse of this nursing home yesterday. 1/24/2025. My family had several issues with the care my father has been receiving during his time here. We wanted to address our concerns and had some questions for the staff. We have came in to pick my dad up multiple times and the floor is always sticky with urine and usually the bathroom is a mess. We have come in and there has been blood droplets on the floor on several occasions. My dad has told me in the past that some of staff speak to him rudely and treat him unkind. During the meeting the staff was very understanding and sympathetic of our current issues with the nursing home. Today I had the opportunity to meet a very dear lady at the Wilson's Creek Nursing Center. I'm was my first time to the facility and my first time to meet my boyfriend' s Mother. The building was not fancy, it seemed clean with only a slight odor. we were immediately greeted and asked to sign the guest book. When we told the staff member Terry who we were there to see, she promptly began to make tell us individual facts about his mother. These included General Health, a brief overview of her activities for the past few days, how todays compared to recent days and very detailed info about today. We were taken to his mother's module, where April filled in details about her patient. Everyone was friendly and upbeat and very Professional. The staff was attentive as well as respectful.

Extremely unprofessional staff and very uncaring! I feel sorry for the old people that live here. Don’t put a loved one here if you expect them to be taken care of at all. They will yell at you if you ask for them to do anything even infront of children.

The nursing staff at Wilson s creek is wonderful. They have state of the art charting. The nursing home never smells like a nursing home because the staff is so kind and timely. As far as the other uglier reviews they don't know what they have til it's missing. The place I came from smelled terrible and was overran by cockroaches and spiders.
