Just walked out after waiting 45 minutes in the lobby, for an ultrasound with a FULL BLADDER

I took my daughter to the ultrasound department back in mid-October and my ordering physician has never received her results. I personally called 5 times to get the results, each time I called i gave them all the phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses for them to send results, as the ordering MD is a doctor at Rochester Medical, and still they have never received them. I am not even counting the calls from her physician's office. This is part of the reason I never see local physicians, or bother with local hospitals. This is not the first time I have run into this exact problem, but it will be the last time I bother trying. Anyone who can travel an hour or two to get care, I seriously recommend getting care outside of Broome County.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind.
