I went to this dental office multiple times as a child and never felt listened to or cared for. That pattern of neglect became clear years later. A tooth was pulled without my consent. To make matters worse, part of the tooth was left behind, causing ongoing issues. At no point was this explained to me or acknowledged appropriately. After requesting my dental records to transfer care, my new dentist reviewed my past X-rays and identified an active infection that was visible four years ago and completely missed by this office. Because of this neglect, the tooth is now dead and I require another root canal that could have been prevented with proper care. This is not a minor oversight. Quoted a price for a crown on a tooth that was previously filled at the same office and failed after about a year. Told the crown was going to cost $525 out of pocket and the rest covered by insurance. Based on the quoted price I decided to have the work done. A few weeks later i received a bill for over $600 which to me seemed very sneaky and dishonest.. dealing with insurance I’m sure a dentist office should have a good understanding of what is covered and what is not based on what policy is carried. My husband saw Dr. Wilson he has high anxiety around dental procedures and was in some significant pain. He needed to have 3 teeth pulled. They were fantastic they took the time to address his anxiety and got him through the procedure all in one shot. They definitely have now eased his anxiety around dentists. Really nice staff very clean office and they accepted our insurance. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Wilson, Mindy and the rest of the staff are amazing! I was terrified of dentist and they have completely changed that! It has been many years since I have had the confidence to smile and they have given me that confidence back! I highly recommend them for everything from cleanings to restoration work!
