The dental team at Wilshire Smile is fantastic. Professional, friendly, and caring from the front desk to the dental chair. I always feel well taken care of and confident in the care I receive. Especially John (Joon) and Mahsa, the hygienist she was incredibly sweet and professional. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!

I drove 55 minutes with my two-month-old baby for a routine cleaning that should have been fully covered by my insurance (two free cleanings per year). When I arrived, I was told I’d have to pay $150 because I’m eligible tomorrow — not today. No one informed me in advance. They had no problem sending multiple reminders about a $150 no-show fee, but somehow failed to notify me about an out-of-pocket charge. That’s basic billing responsibility. On top of that, the office looked poorly managed. My 10:00 AM appointment wasn’t called until 20 minutes later, while multiple patients were waiting. Two hygienists were chatting in the hallway instead of calling patients in. The hygienists also did not look presentable — hair down and untied while working around patients’ mouths, which is concerning

I had an excellent experience at Wilshire Smile Studio! This was my second visit—my first visit was with Dr. Mora, who did a thorough evaluation, set up my treatment plan, and patiently answered all of my questions. Today, I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Saadat, and the experience was fantastic. Dr. Saadat was extremely helpful in explaining my treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I felt no pain during the extractions, and the staff went over the aftercare instructions thoroughly, answering all my questions before I left. The staff are always welcoming and professional, and I am beyond satisfied with the care I received. I have been going to Wilshire Smile Studio for many years now. And what an awesome experience that I've had there! They have done many different procedures done with my teeth. From teeth cleaning to dental inplants. And through every different procedure, they really took care of me. And it was so painless and easy. They have so many very qualified dentist there.
