I am a regular at this place and am very happy with the massages I get from Tony and Nancy - they are the best. I am writing a review today because, unfortunately, I had a bad experience with th3 new receptionist, who was very spicy (not in a good way) and putting on an attitude, pressuring me to give more tips and also saying we wouldn't get along because of my star sign. She was right. I really hope Pepper comes back - she was great!

Incredible massage therapists, and incredible prices! Everyone complaining about the tipping policy shouldn't be cheap or should go somewhere else. Follow the recommended tip guide, as that keeps the massage price low.

This place was a winner until I treated my mother for her birthday today and paid universal tip of 20% before her massage was over. As my mom was getting dressed at the end of her massage, May, the massage therapist wouldn’t let her leave until she paid more in tip, saying it wasn’t enough. She wanted her to pay 35% before she left. My mom explained to her that I already paid for the massage and tip as it was a birthday treat. May left the room to check and came back in her room to once again say it wasn’t enough. If a 20% tip isn’t enough, raise the price of the massage. Don’t harass customers to give more tip! Beware of May and the front desk receptionists, they both were in on it and tried to stop my mom and husband from leaving until they paid an extra $5.

The masseuse would not take instruction to go lighter when I asked him to do so multiple times, and unfortunately I left feeling uncomfortable and in more pain. I've been to this establishment several times and have had good experiences, but unfortunately I will not be going back because of this.

This place is the best hidden gem! They always get me in fairly last minute and do an amazing deep tissue massage.
