There is zero communication or accountability in this building, if you don’t demand proper care, ensure follow ups and read on up your own medical notes and findings no one will, I found I had a back condition almost 8 months after the findings. They will let you deteriorate slowly if you’re not on their behinds about it.

The quality of care at the VA hospital has been declining since April of this year. Some staff members appear dissatisfied with their jobs and often take their frustrations out on the Veterans. As someone with a brain injury, I struggle to communicate clearly; I frequently lose focus and make mistakes. Consequently, I have been yelled at and spoken down to for an injury that is beyond my control. I believe that those who work at a VA hospital must remember that patients are not just ordinary Americans; we are individuals who have served this country. If you have issues related to race, ethnicity, gender, or any other factors that undermine your ability to treat people with respect, I encourage you to reconsider your position at a Veterans hospital. My experience was GOLD. I walked in with my father needing assistance and it felt like home. Everyone we met was so kind and helpful. We still need to go back but so far this place and their people have been great. Thank you.
