Unfortunately, our recent experience with this practice left us very disappointed. The primary issue was not medical care, but how concerns were handled by the office manager, Lia. During a phone call, Lia was rude, accusatory, and unprofessional in her tone. Rather than approaching the situation with courtesy or a willingness to clarify, the conversation felt confrontational and dismissive. As a parent and a nurse myself, I expect respectful communication, especially when it involves my child’s care. What was equally disappointing was the lack of response or follow-up from the physician after a lengthy email I sent him there was no response. I am grown child who lived through all of my childhood infections and even got stitches. I was treated with the utmost sensitivity and genuine love. My pediatrician was dr. Sarah Andrews. To me she was the most beautiful woman in the world, their office offered us free diapers and nessacities for our low income family. Trust them with your kids

Our daughter is almost 1 now and we have had nothing but great experiences here. We see Dr Rittershaus who is fantastic with our little one and very patient with us as first time parents. Unlike some other comments here, we find the front desk staff to be very nice and eager to make sure we have everything we need. We have never had any billing issues and everything has been as one would expect with their pediatrician’s office.

We've used this practice for several years now, for multiple children. The front office and staff and great!!! Appointments run on time and it’s very easy to get in for a sick visit. The doctors truly care about the patients and have followed up with me after sick visits and phone calls. We primarily see Dr. Stephens and love her but have also seen many other doctors at this practice and have also been well cared for. Highly recommend!!

If I could give this practice less than 1 star I certainly would. Despite repeated calls to speak to my son's primary physician, Dr. Daniel Carson, to discuss the billing office's decision to discharge my son because I could only pay 150 towards my son's physical which occurred earlier this month and indicated I would pay the rest when I could (130 dollars) this physician, despite my son still being, according to their discharge letter a patient of the practice at this time ,refused to call me back and speak to me at any time until late this afternoon when I received a call.. What decent physician refuses to call back a child's parent?? In my view this is a clear violation of the physician standard of care when repeated calls have been made and the physician refuses to respond. In fairne
