Friendly Staff: VERY CLEAN no urine odor ! Staff constantly checks on the patients . At the Nurses Station I did NOT see one Staff member on their Cell Phone!! Very modern and welcoming. I can’t say enough ..,, my friend who is in there his mood has changed for the GOOD since he has been moved there . Finally a place that Actually cares about PEOPLE ❤️

Outside of a few members of staff that seemed to actually care about my mother, the place was horrible. Everywhere you turn it smells of urine, I complained on more than one occasion that my mother’s room was not cleaned (keep in mind my mother was immobile and couldn’t attend to her own room). And many times I’ve heard members of staff speaking unprofessionally outside of patients doors, using profanities and complaining about their jobs. On the last day she was there, she was nearly unconscious and if we hadn’t shown when we did, I’m sure she would have passed in that horrible place. No one seemed to recognize just how ill she was, and I picked up on it within seconds of entering her room. Don’t bring your loved one here, it really is the place everyone fears when they think of a nursing

Visited my brother today. Other than the receptionist, no one acknowledged me as I tried to find his room, despite the fact that I looked several staff in their eyes as I wandered past their desk, through the ward going to and leaving from the room. Very unprofessional. We found out (about a hour later) that there was a medical issue that impacted my brother’s roommate and potentially my brother. They definitely need to exercise higher levels of professionalism and courtesy—especially to guests who come to support patients. Their attitude makes it a less welcoming space.

Went to visit girlfriend who was in Rehab for over a week to find out they sent her to hospital without notifying me and her nurse really wasn't much Help she was to busy eating a bowl of cereal wasn't to Happy ! Mary and Zanae were very Nice can't say to much for others

I went to visit a friend and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service and professionalism. There was no urine or other smells meeting me at the door, as with other facilities I've visited. My friend was clean, happy and resting he told me that everyone was treating him well.
