Wilmington Health Today's Care - Leland

When I checked in and asked about how long the wait was, the woman at the desk told me about a 1 hour wait. That is also the same thing it said online the whole time I was there (I kept checking the website out of curiosity to see if the times changed at all). 90 minutes later, I went up to the counter to see if they had any idea how much longer it would be, since I had been there over an hour. The gentleman (a different person) told me the wait was at least 2 hours. He looked on his computer, called to the back (which he got no answer) and told me the wait was actually more like 3 hours and we probably had AT LEAST another hour left. This was for my very sick child because none of the pediatricians had availability, so Todays Care was my only option (his primary doctor is Adonnino, a

PA Ryan was on time. The wait was minimal and the visit was great. He had reviewed prior notes and was ready to discuss the issue. I could ask for a more professional visit.

Truly couldn't have been happier with our visit. I came in with my 1 year old with a cut on her head after falling at daycare. Everyone was incredibly kind and they were quick to see her. She typically hates all doctors offices but she was so comfortable here.

Dr Murphy is an excellent doctor examined and x-rayed my husband after a fall and made an appt for a cat scan that day. Explained his condition and treatment.

Had to wait over two hours from the time we signed in to when we actually saw a DR. Even though we got there at 8am… basically was told that all they do is test for covid flu and strep as they are just an urgent care type service… had they told me that when I got there I would have taken my son to a pediatric office in Wilmington. The dr herself was nice but over all experience was a waste of time.
