Wilmington 1st Walk-In

If I could give them 100/100, I would! From start to finish, the care I received was absolutely great. I was there about a month ago and was diagnosed with a sinus infection, and just about a week ago I went back and tested positive for COVID. Each time, the staff was amazing. The nurse is great, and the doctors are phenomenal—truly the best care around! The only small thing I’ll mention is that the smell of Fabuloso is a bit strong when you walk in, but you’re not usually there for long, so it’s not a big deal. Highly recommend!

Wilmington first has a wonderful staff. They are so supportive during my visit. I especially want to shout out my favorite team, Ms. Tara, Ms. Alicia and Ms. Nicole❤️ Thank you for always making me feel better!💐 They will have a lifetime patient out of me! Very Quick, and efficient! 💕✨

Made an appointment and was informed right after co-pay taken that the provider was going on break for 35 minutes, which actually was a hour. Don’t go if Porleah is the provider.

Soon as we walked in we were instantly greeted with a warm welcome, staff is really friendly, and wait time didn't take long. Denise was super nice as well!! The office space is really spacious..normally we be cramped up in a little closet space. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a quick check up!!

Compared to Christiana Urgent Care on Concord Pike, they did an excellent job and were very customer-friendly.
