I love it here. Always a great experience. Dr. Packed is amazing. She is caring, knowledgeable and professional. I always feel well cared for and have all my questions and concerns answered. The rest of the staff is equally caring and professional. It’s a wonderful facility, very clean and modern. Everything I could ask for from my GP. I’ve never even considered switching. She is the best Doctor I have ever had and the rest of the staff matches her enthusiasm for quality patient care and excellence.

I have been attending Willowbend family practice for many many years. My doctor, staffs and front office are very pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. I will miss this office terribly as my PCP is retiring. Good luck everyone and take care.

I found this practice through my insurance network and called the office directly to confirm that they were accepting new patients. I was told by the office that they were. I am in my 30s and scheduled a new-patient primary care appointment and waited approximately three months. I specifically scheduled this appointment during my maternity leave so that I could establish care while postpartum with my first child, as time off from work is limited and difficult/nearly impossible once I return to work. During this wait period, I was required to complete paper (not digital) intake forms and mail them back. Which I of course agreed to! This has been my primary care office for years and I am saddened at how awful they have become. The front office workers are always on the phone and running around complaining about the patients. They are not discrete when mentioning your personal and confidential information. They are no longer wearing gloves when caring for their patients and everytime I go there they have new medical staff training. The nurse practitioners have messed up office notes several times and it seems they won't test you for anything unless you specifically ask. I will not be returning to this establishment unless I want to die. The negligence they provide is unfathomable and lack of care for their patients made a statement. They need to close this establishment but won't as they only want your money. For years

I’ve been a patient of Brittany Kearney, APRN there for 8 years, both at Willowbend and when she was at Goffstown prior. I’ve always been happy with the care and with the way the office serves patients overall. I recommend them.
