Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

I want to take the time to thank everyone at Willis springs as my mom is a patient there at this time for rehabilitation for a knee replacement. Everyone has been amazing from the time she arrived. I have to give a huge thank you to Cherrel(not sure if the spelling is correct) I showed up unannounced for a tour and she met with me and was amazing! She was so wonderful to me as she knew how difficult it was to find somewhere to put a family member. She is caring, compassionate, and is there whenever you need her, she is truly a wonderful lady and willow springs is so lucky to have her!! And to all the nurses and aides which I can’t remember there names, and the front desk staff, you are always greeted with a smile and a warm greeting when you arrive and leave, pt staff are compassionate a

I would like to take a moment to recognize Penny at Willow Springs Nursing Home for the exceptional care she provided to my loved one. Penny was kind, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my family member felt comfortable, respected, and well cared for. She treated my loved one with dignity and patience, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about the people she looks after. Her professionalism and warm personality made a difficult time much easier for our family. We are incredibly grateful for Penny and the wonderful care she provided. Willow Springs is very fortunate to have someone like her on their team.

I am very impressed with all of the staff at Willow Springs! They are attentive and caring. The front desk staff also amazing and helpful. Kerri (Last name ??? beautiful colored hair) the Head Nurse at the nursing station is beyond professional and caring. Kelly Dahm (sp?) Head floor nurse according to my dad gave him "the best care he's had". That's not to say everyone did not do a great job, they definitely have. All of these people are doing a hard and difficult job and my family appreciates each one. I can't remember every persons name (I'm sorry) but Sherrill (sp?) Here's a review based on your feedback: Excellent Start at Willow Springs! My mom is only on her second day at Willow Springs, and we are already incredibly impressed! Right from the moment we walked in, the receptionist was wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, setting a fantastic tone. Mom's room is clean and offers a pleasant window view, which is a nice touch. Over the past two days, we've had the pleasure of meeting several staff members, and they've all been exceptionally accommodating, regardless of the level of care needed. We feel very fortunate to have found Willow Springs and confident that Mom will be well-cared for and safely rehabilitated here.

It was difficult having my father transition to the dementia unit but all of the staff at Willow Springs especially the Applewood Unit have been simply amazing! Janaya Brown has an outstanding personality. She is compassionate, caring, and responsive to the care of my father! I am relaxed knowing my father is well cared for at this time and safe. Janaya takes care of all of his needs and keeps my mother updated on his progress. She is a great access to Willow Springs. Thank you for all you do!
