Willow Springs Care

People who care about their jobs tend to do them very well. The care at Willow Springs Care is the absolute best. Friendly staff from the laundry to the admin. Every staff member treated me like I was important to them. Helping me was job one. I gained weight thanks to the super meals. Good and plenty, very tasty and amazing variety. Therapy girls are very positive and encouraging. I came in very low, with lung issues. I left with a positive attitude and looking forward to being back to my old self. They could not have been more encouraging. They pushed, but my progress, mentally and physically, says it all. I am sitting happily at home now, and they get all the credit for my health and happiness. I can't recommend high enough to anyone how great this place is. 5 stars for the staff and

My experience for my loved one is excellent. Always surrounded with caring staff keeping a close eye on her. She’s dressed in fresh clothes each day, well fed and has new friends to chat with. Her room is well kept, swept and mopped daily.

Just want to say that Willow Springs is a wonderful place for my love one to reside in. Want to give a BIG shout out to to Abigail who is always loving and caring to my love one. Keep up the amazing work Willow Springs Care Team!!

I would give ZERO stars if possible. A close family friend was just transferred here a few days ago from MultiCare Memorial Hospital for HOSPICE. We visited her today and the staff at Willow Springs were fighting with her to get her to cough up blood in her lungs even though she has a DNR. After speaking with staff they said they were unaware that she was there for hospice or that she had a DNR. Mind you, she had leukemia. HAD. She passed away today after struggling to breathe and staff just told us that it would likely be her final breaths and left the room for “privacy”. She was never even bathed, and was left gasping for air and nearly falling off of the bed they had her on as she was in and out of consciousness from pain. Do not send your loved ones here. Did a Vintiques car drive through and park, patients seem very happy when they came outside.
