Very nice office staff. Offers coffee, tea and water while you wait. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved the music they played. Not very many offices that play christian music. Loved it. I'm glad I found this office.

I visited Dr. Ryan Hatmaker a week ago at Willow Dental. I was very impressed with his expertise and bedside manner. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and gave me several options on how to proceed with my care. I highly recommend Dr. Hatmaker.

Dr. Anderson and Cari were very professional and very family orientated. I have known Dr. Anderson since his practice off Friant Road. I do wish it was a smaller practice and the turn around wasn’t so big. I like the smaller office and not so much the corporate business. I love my hygienist once I start with a certain person I want to continue to be with that same hygienist throughout my visit at Willow Dental. I love Dr. Anderson and I want to continue to let him be my Dentist. I do not like to change from person to person.

I had a bad experience at willow dental with Dr Jacobson. I already had a top denture for 5 years. Now I needed a new top and bottom dentures. She led me to believe that everything will workout fine. After numerous visits and preparation(over 6 months) the last phase was to get my dentures. Shortly after impression's, She told me I needed alveoplasty, which consists of cutting the gum and shaving the jawbone. I refused that type of treatment. Since my temporary bottom denture and my top denture fit. She also told me prior that her mother had that surgery. And it was a bad idea, and she had a hard time healing. She refused my treatment. Chipped a tooth. Called for an appointment and got one with just a few days. Then they had a cancellation so they called me to offer an earlier appointment, which I gladly took. From the time I walked in the lobby to walking out with a fixed tooth was maybe 30 mins. Great service. Very friendly.
