The 2 women I seen at 1 were great! Very nice and patient. When I went down for an ultrasound at 1:30, well I'll just say I'll be happy if I do not have to ever see the student for anything again. Not friendly pretty rough just not someone I want handling my medical care. The other nurse who was with and performed the other ultrasound was great!! Very nice not in a rush and was gentle. 3 out of 4 of the women I seen were wonderful. I would recommend to others.
Bridgett Fowler went above and beyond to comfort my wife when we thought she was going through a miscarriage. She was a voice of comfort and calm in a scary situation. Dr. Pierson, PA Samuel’s and Nurse Kelsey all did a great job listening and working with my wife. She had some concerns about being induced before 38 weeks. They listened to her and helped advocate for her. When there weren’t rooms in labor and delivery on induction day they went to work trying to get her a room. I am truly grateful for the level of care they gave. BUT, the only reason this isn’t a five star review is the call center is horrible. During the scary I mention earlier, we couldn’t get into contact with anyone but the call center. Nobody called back. The self check in needs to be worked on and the front desk wa
Amazing experience. My doctor Michael clouatre is very calm in the storm of labor. You can tell he is very secure in his profession and he never pushed me into something I wasn’t comfortable with (pitcon, cutting, epidural). My nurses!! Jordan and Hannah and even my nursing student were amazing!!! They made sure I was comfortable, switched my position every 30 minutes. I could not ask for a better team. I never want to do labor again, but I’d consider it if I had this team again
I had both of my babies at Willow Creek. Love them. I think the worst part about it is how i didn’t get my epidural right away. I had to wait a few hrs and then right before my epidural i had to do an IV bcuz i was so dehydrated. The contractions were AWFUL. But my delivery doctor and all my nurses were amazing!! Very understanding and very calm. I was in lots of pain when my contractions hit so i wasn't too nice with 1 or 2 of my nurses. I remember yelling at 1 of them and then being snappy with another one. But they stayed calm and very helpful ☺️
Loved the hospital...checked in at 0530 ish...security was very nice... Admit person was really nice and courteous..pre-op nurses were the bomb diggy Bomb!!! Recovery was extremely awesome!! Nurses were so patient with me in putting on this shoulder harness...which Im HATING right NOW!!! Everyone in surgery as I can recall we're very nice!! DR COX was also the Bomb diggy Bomb!!
