Willow Creek Lodge of Tomball

This facility has gone beyond and above. I was so worried about putting my mom in a nursing home.. The hardest decision I ever made.. I would call Stephanie, the former Admin Director and wait for another month or two, then call her back, and I would be indecisive. I waited again. Each time she was patient with me until I decided to admit her and that came with me asking 50 questions.lol. She was amazing and comforted me. Now update to the current.. The staff here I want to thank you so much.. Those words are not enough.. My mother's stay has been amazing.. To the clean rooms the clean hallways., the care for my mom is outstanding. Always on top of her care.. That she grew a bond with the staff.. She had so many names., granny, grandma, Ms. Myrtle, etc.. I want to give special shout-outs

Toured this facility this morning on Saturday, Sept. 20 with the Nursing Mgr and the smell is horrible in there! It smells as if there are dirty briefs in every room filled in trash bins! Having carpet all over the place doesn't help either. The smell is too bad in there to feel comfortable admitting my loved one.

It seems every time I would visit my loved one she was wet from the diaper or bedding not being changed. My loved one was there for a few months yet constantly had a UTI even though she was supposed to be getting an antibiotic for it. Nurse never could confirm she was even on that medication. With my loved one having a hard time trying to eat she said when someone came to help her they shoved the spoon in her mouth hurting her. We have since moved her to a different care facility and the new place says she has HUGE bed sores on her back and legs. I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend Willow creek to anyone!

Transferred my mom to Willow Creek last July. She is happy and content. The falls have lessen to almost none. The facility is very clean. The staff is very helpful and care about their residents. Megan, the receptionist goes above and beyond and is a great 1st impression of the facility. Stephanie in admissions made the transition seamless. Leslie B has an excellent social worker. Belinda the head nurse and her team of nurses and cnas are very caring and attentive. Too many too name but they do a wonderful job. Thank you for taking care of our mom.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and this facility! Everyone I have met has been super passionate about what they do and goes above and beyond to help their patients get the care they deserve. I have recommended this facility to multiple families and they have had great experiences. Stephanie the Admissions Director has been so helpful with ensuring a smooth and quick process to help get patients a place to call home. Great facility and even better staff!
