Willow Creek Dental Center: Dr. Paul H Jung DDS PhD

Dr. Paul has been my dentist for about 10 years, planting 4 crowns, a few fillings and biannual cleaning. If you were a hockey player, he would be your best friend. He is vastly underrated. For a hole my tooth to a whole new tooth... he is my guy.

I feel like I got robbed! I went in for a cleaning and literally recieved a water pick and a half ass attempt to the gritty paste. Before I could complain I wanted to make sure that I was not losing my mind! ! After some research I come to the conclusion I was ripped off for $100. There was no tarter removal, flossing, picking, scraping?? I came home and FLOSED! My teeth feel better after a good old scrub with my own tooth brush! I called to inquire almost 20 minutes after I left but they were already closed (3:30p.m.)? He must have been in a hurry to go home. I would like to see them make this right. I'm going in for an abstraction, but who would get a minor surgery done by someone who doesn't do a simple cleaning, right? My totally bill was $210, though only $100 was for the cleaning.

It's a good, small dental clinic -- friendly staff, reasonable care available for a variety of patients. I am happy to have a good dental clinic and a doctor of Dr. Jung's caliber in a small remote community as Willow Creek, California. I believe you will be very successful in providing the right kinds of treatments to patients with you expert knowledge and quality treatments. Thank you for the time.

Failed to give me my x-rays as promised. Failed to send them to next dentist. They don’t keep digital copies to email. Tooth work was clumsy and caused greater damage. So, less than one star rating really.
