Willow Care Nursing Home

We went to visit for Father's Day and found that the facility was either understaffed or the staff were hiding most of the time. Dirty bedding isn't being changed for over a week and the floors are dirty, in need of a good sweep and mopping! One of the most troubling to me is that the residents/patients are not given medications on a timed schedule. They have to beg for their medication and then wait sometimes over an hour for overdue medication to be doled out. The outside was well groomed, photos included. All in all, I wouldn't want to live out my last days here.

This place is horrible. The administrator is incompetent and extremely rude. They are always understaffed. My father was treated horribly and neglected and ended up having to be hospitalized. Another resident there was neglected to the point that bandages on his were not changed and maggots were growing out of his wound. If you love your parents, do not take them to Willow Care.

They are not what they once we're and their short-handed. The best Administrative lady Shirley Alt left and the place has taken a dive it's not what it once was plus the worker's in the trench's dont get paid nothing for what they do so they will stay short handed.

The attitude of the administrator Anita is unbelievably unprofessional. Only lets my sibling visit the other half (legally married) for 20 minutes then makes my sibling leave, the administrator also makes my sibling make an appointment to see the other half. My sibling is not allowed to visit the other half’s room. What’s wrong with this picture? What are they hiding from my sibling? Maybe the state needs to be called?
