Willow Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

I arrived at Willowbrook in Wilmington for a temporary stay between surgeries. I must say the staff from Carlos in maintenance , to all the nurses, cna’s and administrative staff phenomenal!! Ann, Matilda, Eve, Hezzekial, Eugene, Azad, John, Kara, Phil, Sam, Jamie, Frankie and more than I can bring to memory. Yet the Admissions coordinator Heidi! She is an asset to the facility a friendly welcoming face. Willowbrook is fortunate to have her as the first face of their program, and ALL included deserve a raise for going above and beyond ESPECIALLY in the recent blizzard we had! There was not one lapse in my service I received at Willowbrook and if, GOD forbid I need the services again, I would not hesitate to attend to Willowbrook once again! Thank you all! I arrived at Willow Brook for the second time following a fall. I have been able to participate in their specialty programs, which are truly exceptional. Phil has worked with me every day to help build my strength and balance. The staff here ensures that I get to and from my dialysis appointments on time. I want to give a special shout out to Madonna and Jaime, who are amazing CNAs. I will always choose Willow Brook for my recovery when needed. I deeply appreciate the care and support I receive from the staff. Thank you, Willow Brook.

I recently toured Willow Brook and had a wonderful experience, it was clean and bright. It was in a very pretty setting, lots of windows in a more wooded area. The staff all smiled and said hello along our tour...The resident's looked well cared for and the recent renovations are very nice... Many residents were out in the therapy room, and several were out of their rooms in an activity, which was very nice to see.

We had a great tour with Heidi. I was really impressed by how clean the hallways were, the beautiful natural light throughout the building, and the warm, welcoming attitude of the staff. Everyone we passed was smiling and so friendly! 😊
