Willis Urgent Care

Had a great experience here today. The wait was short, and from the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough, took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure all our questions were answered. It’s hard to find that kind of care, and we really appreciated it. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this urgent care clinic in Willis. I was charged $145 for a routine visit that involved no testing, no procedures, and no swabs. Initially I questioned fee, I was told it was because I had not met deductible and that my insurance was out of network. I called my insurance company in front of the staff, insurance confirmed that such clinic was in network and that there was no deductible to meet. The receptionist simply said that they contacted their manager and that this was simply the clinic’s fee with no further explanation. I was also told that if any testing had been done, the cost would have been even higher. For a basic visit with no additional services, this charge feels excessive. The staff is great! This is our second time going and I have been impressed every time with their care. Fast, informative, helpful. I was even possible having an insurance issue and they made sure it was taken care of. I will recommend them to anyone in the area.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I didn't know my co pay had gone up and when I asked about it the lady at the front desk explained. She was very sweet about it. The doctor was amazing. She was nice and explained everything to me. I've never had an issue with anyone here. My pcp is near impossible to get a same day appointment with. So on a day when I'm sick and need to be seen I always come here.

All staff was kind, and attentive. I appreciate the cleanliness of the clinic/facility. I also appreciate the nurse and nurse practitioner who cared for my daughter. They were both so kind, as well as informed, and concerned about health! The nurse practitioner even answered my daughter's question about the different types of flu.
