They do not value your time and appointments mean nothing in this practice. Those who say they offer great service have no idea what great service means apparently. The day prior we talked on phone and I explained I had a busy day and they assured there was plenty of time before my next appt. I arrived early for this long standing appt and they kept me waiting for 40 mins till I walked out. If that had be me being so late as a customer I would have been charged or shown the door. Just so disrespectful and entitled to waste someone's time like this, so unapologetically at that, and so normalizing of it. In addition when I got established a year ago it took many repeated calls to finally get an answer I needed from the dentist. I will not be returning. It seems like a poorly run practice.

They are all very professional and caring and my kids love them too. Very easy to work with especially with scheduling/rescheduling. You feel welcomed when you are in the clinic and very pleasant when on the phone. Great location too with easy parking. Highly recommended.

The visit and staff were great! The reception staff were very nice. Dr. Kim took the time to explain things to me in detail and did an excellent cleaning. The dental assistant, Gina, did a great job!
