Terrible experience. Our family has been long-time patients at this clinic for the past 10 years, which is why our recent experience was extremely disappointing. Even though the clinic had updated their address, our GPS mistakenly directed us to the wrong location. Because of this, we arrived only 7 minutes late for my child’s annual appointment. Despite being loyal patients for a decade, the receptionist cancelled the appointment immediately without offering any flexibility or understanding. Both my wife and I had taken time off work, and our child left school early for this appointment, so being turned away for such a small delay was very upsetting. After 10 years of trusting this clinic, we expected a more compassionate and reasonable response—especially for a minor delay caused by a GP

Dr. Kessler is beyond phenomenal with both of my kids. She always takes the time to listen and makes sure the kids are included and heard in every decision. It’s so important to have a trusting relationship with your doctor, and there is no one I wouldn’t trust more with the health of my kids!

The doctors at this pediatrician’s office are truly excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and great with kids. However, my experience at the front desk has consistently been disappointing. The receptionist is often rude and unprofessional, which makes check-in far more stressful than it needs to be. If the front-desk communication improved, this office would easily be a five-star place because the medical care itself is outstanding.

We’ve had a consistently outstanding experience with our daughter’s pediatrician. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They are not only knowledgeable, but also take the time to explain our baby’s developmental milestones and health progress in a way that’s clear and reassuring. The team provides thoughtful guidance at every stage, helping us feel confident as new parents. Their proactive approach and genuine care for our daughter’s well-being have made a meaningful difference in her early life. We truly appreciate the personalized attention and the warm, welcoming environment they create. Highly recommend to any family seeking compassionate and expert pediatric care.

I have absolutely loved my experience with the Pediatrician and all the staff, 3 active boys, frequent flyer and never a bad experience. Have seen every single doctor and never had a bad experience, or advice on matters. Most listen and respect decisions and work together for the best outcome and problem solving! Flu Clinic is the only reason why the stars are so low. Sometimes people can't make the clinic schedule work no matter how hard they try and the only advice was "call around to other pharmacies". Leaves a parent feeling defeated.
