Williamsburg Pediatrics

I brought my 3-year-old son for a well visit with Dr yechial zegelbaum to begin catching up on vaccinations before starting pre-K. I asked which vaccine he recommended starting with and whether we could discuss a plan to give 1 at a time. The doctor responded in a raised and confrontational tone, stating “Keep your kid home.” When I said I wanted to discuss the decision with my husband, he mocked that request. During the exam, I clearly stated that I felt uncomfortable, asked him not to continue checking my son, and said that I wanted to leave. Instead of stopping calmly, he yelled at us, mocking me and shouting “Go, go!” Me and my child became frightened during the interaction. I respect medical expertise and understand strong recommendations, but communication should remain professional

very busy office! wait time can be kinda long for an afternoon appointment, but waiting room is spacious and fully equipped. Excellent providers; staff is friendly and helpful.

The receptionist was extremely disrespectful to me. It’s about time you do something about this.

I'm a long-time customer, one time my wife walked in with one of my kids in the afternoon (does not have to explain how hard it is to walk out from a busy house afternoon), and for some reason, the insurance did not work, so they send her home or I would have to pay before the appointment I tried explaining that its important appointment and the insurance will pay back but it was a nasty respond that this is our policy and we will not move from it.

I moved recently from Boro park and thought it would be an easy transition to the monsey clinic but I was deeply disappointed! While the Boro park office might not have the nicest decor, everyone in the Boro park office is exceptionally nice and a pleasure with excellent doctors! the monsey office is anything but! Rude receptionist service, long wait times with minimum time with the doctor. We miss dr yelloz and the wonderful staff! We hope there will improvements in the monsey location.
