This dentist office is the most unprofessional office i have been to. First my appointment is at 11 i get there at 10:50. I walk in get told the dentist is late and they knew about it yesterday.If you know you’re gonna be late the day before very unprofessional for you to not call your clients. Then i get told there is also three people ahead of me when i get to my appointment on time. The problem for this business is they over book people and can’t be professional enough to inform their clients when they knew they was gonna be late. Also the staff talk extremely loud about everyone and everything.
Petrey is an excellent dentist I have horrible teeth and been around to about every dentist in London an from personal experience from a guy who has been to the dentist more than most people ever do in their life time i think petrey does a excellent job
Great person he does what's needed to help and he has always been truthful and upfront. He don't just keep filling teeth like others did or was trying to he told me he said yeah he could keep filling the teeth and bill my insurance hd said it wouldn't help cause there was really no true tooth left to fill
I highly recommend this dentist. Dr. Petrey is kind and gentle. I had a tooth that I wouldn't let anyone else in the county pull except for him because of his experience. His decades of practicing dentistry paid off - I spent maybe 5 minutes in his chair and was on my way out without a single throbbing pain and no discomfort. The ladies running his office are so sweet and helpful, I wanted to brag on them as well. Thank you for helping me relieve this pain and I honestly look forward to having my dental work done here in the future.
Waste of my time & $$$$$. I went there for teeth cleaning and all they did was dental floss & brush my teeth. Omg I can do that for cheaper price . I asked is this how you clean teeth . Oh yeah, your teeth is clean . Knowing I have a tartar between my lower front teeth. Will never be back & I don’t recommend this dentist.
