Dr. Smith has been our doctor for three years now. He is an exceptional doctor from a family of optometrists: very knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and friendly! He consistently shares the latest research and recommends the best options for our eye health. We are grateful he has become our family guide in improving and correcting vision!

Dr Smith is one of the rare optometrists who quickly understood my unique condition and truly customized my prescription to my needs. He's extremely professional and appears to be a great all-around person. The downside is the technician who fitted me for glasses. She truly made me not want to ever go back to that office!

Will has been my optometrist for several years now and always does a great job with my contact lens/glasses prescriptions and fitment. And he’s also a really congenial, down to earth guy. Best eye doctor I’ve had in Jax!

Dr. Smith, is a wonderful doctor, who truly cares about his patients. During my chemo treatment developed dry eyes, it has effected my retina, he discussed several options for me. Dr. Smith followed up with a phone call to check on my progress.

I have always received excellent service at this location. The staff are friendly, curtious and very knowledgeable. They are honest about which frames work for you and the reasons why some frames look better than others when it comes to making you look good. They offer a highly convenient service that takes pictures of the inside your eyes without the need to dilate. I highly recommend this option if you have trouble with sensitivity after being dilated in the past. The only drawback to this location is that they're closed on the weekends. Other than that this place rocks.
