William Penn Nursing and Rehabilitation

My niece and I visited my Sister (her Aunt) today. We were happily greeted by every nurse that we passed and found my sister in a very happy mood. She was very clean and dressed nicely. We were Very Happy to see her so well cared for. Her room mate was very friendly also and we just included her in our conversations. We enjoyed a wonderful visit. We will definitely be popping in to visit pretty frequently. The CNA who was caring for them today (Shannon Frymyer) was extremely friendly and kind. My sister and her roommate both gave her RAVE reviews for being a wonderful caregiver ❤️

Most of the nurses were nice, some were just rude. When leaving you have to be left out and I asked a cafe worker and she got irritated and asked another worker to let us out and the young lady was rude, I apologized for inconveniencing her and thanked her for her time, twice, and she wouldn’t even look at me and just walked away! I understand everyone is understaffed but that doesn’t mean be rude to visitors, that speaks for how you care for our loved ones as well!

Brittany was extremely helpful in showing us around the facility. Although we didn't have an appointment, she was willing to take the time to help us out. This enables us to make a good decision for our parent.

If you love your loved one...do not send them here. The evening over night staff out of all there 3 actually care for the residents. I have worked in nursing facilities and in hospice facilities and NEVER IN MY LIFE....WITNESSED WHAT I DID AT THIS PLACE. Who ever runs this facility NEEDS TO BE PRESENT ON ALL SHIFTS AND SEE JUST WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE LIKE

Rhonda is really a great CNA. She has so much patience and kindness. The facility is clean and the staff and Dr. listen to the care of the patient.
